Kevin Holmes

Kevin is a Founding Partner of Iviron Capital and previously a Vice President at both Athos Capital Partners and 54 Madison Capital – both precedent funds managed by Iviron principals. He focuses on both originating and managing principal investments in real estate projects (development, value-add, and operating). Mr. Holmes worked at Deutsche Bank in the Consumer Investment Banking Group where he advised clients on capital markets and M&A transactions in the restaurant and food & beverage sectors. During his time at Deutsche Bank, he was involved in the execution of over $10bn of transactions, including experience in both domestic and cross-border engagements. Previously, Mr. Holmes worked at Greenstreet Real Estate Partners where he focused on principal investments and asset management throughout North America. Prior to Greenstreet, he worked in the Advisory Services group at Nasdaq, advising clients on equity trading and investor activity to support their investor relations and corporate development functions. Mr. Holmes received an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from Bucknell University, where he was also a member of the Division I Soccer team.
