Gin Jin

Gin is a Vice President at Iviron Capital Partners, where he focuses on transaction modeling, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Iviron Capital, he served as a Senior Associate in Investment and Asset Management at Safanad, a principal-led global private equity firm. In this role, he was actively involved in transaction analysis, asset management, and investor reporting for hotel and multifamily residential real estate assets across coastal cities in the United States. Gin holds dual degrees from Columbia University: a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of Architecture.
