Safanad Inc. (“Safanad”) has engaged Iviron Capital Partners (“ICP”) to provide enhanced asset management support and advisory services across Safanad’s real estate portfolio, including investments made from its primary Safanad Real Estate Special Situations Opportunity Fund (“SSOF”). The ICP engagement covers investments across the multifamily, hospitality, and student sectors in which SSOF, or other Safanad affiliates, provided Debt, Limited Partner, and/or Co-GP capital to ground-up or value-add projects. Safanad principals continue to retain full ownership, control, and discretion with respect to all investment activities and decisions.
