Project Info

  • The site is situated between Los Angeles International Airport and the highly affluent community of Manhattan Beach, convenient to South Bay’s affluent beach communities, extensive recreation and amenity offerings, and immediately adjacent to Metro’s Mariposa light rail station.
  • In addition to 162 guest rooms, the Hotel features The Garden Grille dining venue, an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa, fitness center, 2,500 square feet of dedicated function space, and a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry. Guests also have access to spacious lounge area in the two-story lobby, and an expansive outdoor patio.
