Luke Stehouwer

Luke is a Founding Partner of Iviron Capital and previously a principal at both Athos Capital Partners and 54 Madison Capital – both precedent funds managed by Iviron principals. He focuses on both originating and managing principal investments in real estate projects (development, value-add, and operating). Previously, Mr. Stehouwer was a Partner at Cain Hoy Enterprises where he also worked on making principal investments in real estate opportunities throughout North America, the Caribbean, and London. He brings with him significant structured finance, capital markets, management, and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Cain Hoy, Mr. Stehouwer was a Vice President at Guggenheim Partners, LLC (“Guggenheim”) where he oversaw Guggenheim’s investment in Generation Mortgage (serving as the company’s Executive Vice President) while also focusing on real estate. Before Guggenheim, Mr. Stehouwer worked in the Global Capital Markets division of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Bank. While at Morgan Stanley, he focused on asset backed securitizations and structured transactions while providing strategic advice to consumer centric companies. Mr. Stehouwer graduated cum laude from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
