  • The development entailed the demolition of an existing hotel and the ground-up development of a new mixed-use complex encompassing the independently branded Thesis Hotel (with 264 rooms and over ~2,500 SF of meeting space), ~200 luxury multifamily rental units, and a parking garage with more than 600 spaces
  • Property also includes two award-winning restaurants by celebrated chef Niven Patel: Orno and Mamey
  • More than 25,000 square feet of retail and office programming leased to the University of Miami and other tenants
