- Amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, saltwater pool with cabana, business lounge with coffee bar, elegant clubhouse, private picnic areas, pet-friendly community, playground, and EV charging stations.
- Project is adjacent to Veridea, the $3B master-planned development by RXR, that is set to begin construction in 2024. The development will include a ~1,000-acre community that includes office, retail, residential, schools, and civic space.
